Pricing: what would your meeting week cost?
Workspace Business Standard includes a whole suite as well as eligible Gemini meeting notes. The $14 annual-plan equivalent still requires a year’s commitment even when billed monthly; flexible billing is $16.80. If your organization already provides it, compare the incremental cost of another assistant. Dictaria should justify that cost through live Coach requests and a useful personal meeting workspace.

Privacy: where the audio and text go
Google’s stated training restriction applies to qualifying Workspace data and should not be generalized to consumer Gemini. Meet notes become documents, so Docs sharing and organizational retention are part of the privacy story. Adding Dictaria creates a separate account record and AI processing path. Select references deliberately and decide where the lasting copy of a meeting should live.
Bot-free capture does not guarantee local processing. Likewise, a no-training promise does not mean meeting content is never stored. These rows describe published policies, not an independent security audit.

When to keep Google Meet with Gemini

Keep the Google workflow if the resulting document is where you and your colleagues already work. Moving notes elsewhere can make them harder to find even if the new assistant produces a good first draft.
Decide whether the document or the meeting is your home base
