Estimate how many agent tasks and deliverables your meetings will generate; the free monthly and daily credit caps make this visible quickly. Privacy: where the audio and text go
Supernormal explicitly excludes training on paid-plan data; verify Free terms separately instead of extending that statement to every account. Notes are private until shared, and Business adds administrative and retention controls. Agent outputs and connections also create destinations to review. Dictaria’s MCP access has its own permissions, while saved text and Coach requests follow the account and cloud paths below.
Bot-free capture does not guarantee local processing. Likewise, a no-training promise does not mean meeting content is never stored. These rows describe published policies, not an independent security audit.
